Internet Printable Coupons

Internet printable coupons (smartsource.com, coupons.com, redplum.com).  Don’t print every printable that you see!  When I first started we were printing all of them off  the sites.  Here are some things you need to know about printable coupons:

  • Print the high value coupons of items you know you will use.
  • There are limits set from the manufacturer on the number coupons of that can be printed on the product.  Once this limit is reached the coupon will no longer appear on the website.
  • You can hit your browsers back button 3 times (do this slowly and wait on the page to reload to the “webpage has expired” page and the 3rd time it will usually work) to print the coupon a second time.

Printing coupons can get rather expensive so:

  • Check Walgreen’s website to see if your ink cartridge can be refilled to save money on printable coupons.  They will run a sale every couple of months for $10 to refill a cartridge.
  • Only certain Walgreen’s stores refill ink cartridges, so check with your store first.
  • Bring home paper from work from the recycle bin and print your coupons on the back of scrap paper.
